Useful Information,

So you have made up your mind! Before making your reservations, here is some practical information : To benefit to the maximum of the clean air, the house is "no- smoking". Sorry, but we cannot accomodate your animal friends. The domain is an unfenced space, bordered by canals, where much game lives, hence it can be dangerous for our four-legged friends. Moreover, there are already many animals roaming freely on the domain (including horses and a donkey) so we want to avoid any relational problems. The house is not equipped with TV or other means "of information"... On the other hand we have the songs of frogs in April and May, the braying of "Surprise" (our donkey) all year round, the hooting of owls in August, September and October; the company of wild ducks, gulls and of crested and grey herons... Bed linen and bathroom linen (sheets, towels, etc.) are provided. The use of a washing machine, iron and ironing board is available on request. A high chair and baby cot are available. Fully equipped kitchen : • fridge with freezer, • dishwasher, • microwave and eletric oven, • gas cooker, • extraction fan, • barbecue, • mixer, • toaster , • coffee pot, • raclette, • plenty of kitchen utensils (including a wok) and dishes... Doctor in Marseillette. Bread, newspapers in Marseillette. Pharmacy and all other shops in Capendu (7 km). For weekly rentals: arrival Saturday towards the end of the afternoon (17.00) - departure Saturday before 12 o'clock.

Reservations,

To make a reservation for your stay, nothing is easier. After checking the  payment methods, fill in the reservation form below. We will confirm the  availability of the gite for the period that you have chosen by e-mail, and  we will provide you with the address where to send your reservation  deposit. Caution: the reservation will be effective only after we have  received your deposit. 

Booking and Payment Terms,

A 30% deposit is required upon booking. The balance of the rent must be paid 15 days before arrival. A security deposit of 150.00 Euros is required on arrival and  returned on departure (within a week) if no damage was found. 

Cancellations,

The deposit is fully refunded if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit  and the balance will be repaid through a relocation.  It is decided, you want to book ?
